- Guidelines for NTHU Library Membership Card
- Individuals at an age of 16 or above may apply for a library card for a fee. The maximum number of cards issued at the same time is 200.
- Retirees and holders of alumni library card may apply for a library card for their spouses and direct relatives (the age of 16 or above) for a fee. There is no limit on the number of cards issued.

| Project Borrowing |
NTHU professors, researchers, retired professors, postdoc researchers, visiting or guest scholars, master and Ph. D. and bachelor students can apply for project borrowing of maximum 200 items. This card is only for borrowing books. It does not grant access to the library or other library privileges. |
