• Rules for Circulation Services
• For project borrowing, the eligible applicant must fill out the Project Borrowing Application Form and submit it to the circulation desk of the Main Library. After approval, the patron can use the project borrowing application card issued by the NTHU library and the applicant's student ID to borrow books for up to 200 items at the maximum.

  Graduate exchange students can visit other libraries of the University System of Taiwan (UST) with their NTHU student IDs. However, they do not have the right to borrow books from other libraries nor apply for UST library interlibrary circulation service.
