NTHU- Individual Study Rooms can be used by NTHU faculty, visiting scholars, postdoctoral researchers, graduates (master and doctoral students) and undergraduate students in their third year or above who have signed "The Statement of Patron's Privileges".

- If an Individual Study Room is not activated on the first booking date, this reservation will be cancelled automatically and released to others.
- Patrons should bring all their personal belongings with them before the Library's closing time on their last booking date. Otherwise, library staff has the right to remove his/her personal items and are not liable for any loss or damage.
- If a patron does not show up and the accumulated absence reaches 1/3 of the reserved dates, the Library has the right to cancel the reservation and release the room. Library collections are allowed in Individual Study Rooms only after being borrowed.
