Graduation Procedure

Reminders Before Initiating the Graduation Procedure

  • Please return all materials borrowed from the Library, the other three institutions of the University System of Taiwan, and reciprocal borrowing institutions, and settle all overdue fines.
  • Ensure that all requested interlibrary loan materials, both domestic and international, as well as document delivery items, have been collected, returned, and all associated fees have been paid.
  • Verify that the online graduation process has been initiated via the Academic Information System:

In-person Procedures at the Library

  • The service hours for graduation clearance at the counter are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-5:00 PM.

After Completing the Graduation Procedure

After completing your graduation procedure, you may continue to use your student ID card to enter the library for 30 days. You will no longer have borrowing privileges for library collections or the ability to reserve equipment or spaces.

Apply for an Alumni Library Card

  • Alumni may activate borrowing privileges with a valid NTHU Alumni Card. For more details on patron privileges, please visit the Library Alumni Service webpage.
