Immediate Family Member Library Card Procession Guideline | National Tsing Hua University Library

Immediate family members of NTHU staff or professor emeritus are allowed to apply for a library card. Only the spouse or an immediate family member over age 6 a can apply for an Immediate Family Member Library Card.
How to apply
1. Place: 1st floor counter of the Main Library
2. Documents to bring:
  - Staff ID or Professor Emeritus ID
  - Family member national ID card or proof of identity document
  - A photo of the family member
  - Application form
3. Fee: $ NT500per card
Immediate Family Member Library Cards are only valid as long as the Staff ID and Professor Emeritus ID are valid.
The cardholder of this library card must abide by the "National Tsing Hua University Library Reading Services" and the "Rules for Circulation Services".
The borrowing rights of the cardholders of this card is according to the "Rules for Circulation Services". For library equipment and rooms & spaces, please refer to respective regulations.
This card may only be used by the cardholder. If lost, please report to the library. A reissue costs $ NT 200.
