  • Users: University staff, faculty, students, retirees, and their immediate family members who have signed "The Statement of Patron's Privileges" can reserve the following Group Rooms via the Space Booking System.

  • Reservations for the practice rooms can be made 14 days in advance through the library's space management system (iBooking).
  • Notice
    • Patrons must comply with media viewing space regulations in all respects.
    • Borrowers must activate the system at the time of use with a valid ID card in person and retrieve the card upon completion. For group rooms, the number of valid ID cards needed to activate the system is according to the minimum number of users for each room.
    • Borrowers must cancel their reservation at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time if they cannot use the facility.
    • Commercial activities, such as tutoring and sales, are strictly prohibited within the rooms.
    • Replicating or transcribing any media resources is prohibited.
    • Patrons who use the Media Viewing Space must keep the area clean.
    • Borrowers are responsible for returning all chairs to their original positions.
    • To ensure fair use, group rooms cannot be reserved for long-term use, such as fixed classes or club activities.
    • The use of this area is limited to audiovisual materials authorized for public use. Any violation may result in the termination of usage privileges.
    • Violators against the regulations are subjected to suspension. Patrons will be held responsible if any damage is made to the media or equipment.
