1. Eligibility：NTHU Faculty, Staff & Students are eligible to borrow the Idea Hub for use of lectures, speeches, workshops, press conferences, and such static events. Religious, political, and commercial propaganda or illegal, violating social public order activities are prohibited.
Borrowing Time: Please apply at least two weeks prior the event. The borrowing time is limited to the opening times of the library. The borrowing time is from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If the library is closed due to a typhoon, the Idea Hub will not be available for use as well.

3. All participants in the event must comply with the library's policies and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for entry. Participants must present a valid card for access. During the event, please assign staff to assist with the entry process at the entrance counter.
4. Throughout the event, all attendees are expected to respect the rights of other library patrons. The event organizer is responsible for managing the event's volume and maintaining order within the venue. The noise level should be kept below 75 decibels.
5. The borrower will be responsible for compensation if any damage occurs.
6. Please send personnel to familiarize with the equipment systems of the Idea Hub three days prior to the event. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of use.
7. Please proceed to the reference counter to retrieve the key of the Idea Hub in exchange for a form of ID.
8. The Library will notify the application result within 3 working days of the application. If the result is not received after 3 working days, please call extension #42244 Mr. Chuang Until the application is officially accepted, the application is regarded as “not approved”.
9. The borrower may announce the event after the application is accepted. If the event is unable to proceed as planned after the application is accepted, the borrower must apply to cancel 3 days prior to the event.
10. The Library is a public area. If audio-visual materials are to be played during the event, please ensure that they are deemed for public use. Please comply with Intellectual Property Rights Regulations. The Library will not be responsible for violations.
11. The borrower may promote the event with electronic posters in the library. For more details, please refer to: The Library Electronic Board.
12. The Library has the rights to approve or decline any application. Any changes will be announced on The Library's page.
