Graduation Reminders

Besides making the payment in person at the circulation desk, the library also offers an online payment service, NTHU readers (excluding members of the University System of Taiwan) can make payments without visiting the library. Please refer to the following details:

• NTHU Item replacement fees
• NTHU Item processing fees

Payment Instructions

• The LINE Pay payment option does not support IPASS MONEY.
• Online payments do not provide paper receipts. If a paper receipt is required, please make the payment at library circulation desk.
• If you have any concerns about the amount to be paid, please contact the library first to confirm before making the payment. Refunds for online payments must be processed at the Main Library's circulation desk on the same day of payment during service hours; Requests for refunds will not be accepted on the following day.

Payment Methods

1. Log in My Account.
   
2. Click the LINE Pay link under the "FINE/FEES" tab.
   
3. Scan the QR Code with your mobile phone. (this step is not required if you are logging in using your mobile device).
   
4. Select payment method (IPASS MONEY not supported).
   
5. Click "Pay".
   
6. Return to the original transaction web page to confirm.
   
7. Payment completed
   
8. Ensure there are no outstanding payments.
