- The Language Learning Rooms are for NTHU faculty , staff ,students, alumni (with borrowing privileges), retired faculty and staff, and new graduate students. For reservations, please refer to the iBooking (Space Booking System) on Library's website.

- Patrons can reserve seats within the next following 14 days. Each valid ID card can only be used to reserve one type of space (which includes Discussion Rooms, Media Viewing Rooms, Moonlight Area, Computer Lab I Area and Language Learning Rooms) at any given time period. (i.e., no reservations for two spaces at the same time)
- The reservation should be activated with the valid ID card. If the seat is no longer in need, please cancel the reservation 30 minutes before the reserved time.
- If the reserved seats are not activated within 15 minutes, the system will cancel the reservation. During the reserved time, if patrons leave their seats for more than 15 minutes, the system will cancel the reservation and release the seats to other people.
- If the reservation is not properly activated for 3 times within 30 days, the reservation right of the patron will be suspended for 30 days.
