- All faculty members, short-term visiting scholars, postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, students of the post-baccalaureate medicine, and undergraduate students in the fourth year or higher at this university are eligible to reserve Individual Study Rooms under these guidelines.

- Notices
- Patrons can reserve seats within the next 14 days. Each valid ID card can only be used to reserve one type of space (which includes Discussion Rooms, Media Viewing Rooms, Moonlight Area, Computer Lab I Area, and Language Learning Rooms) at any given period. (i.e., no reservations for two spaces at the same time)
- The reservation should be activated with a valid ID card. If the seat is no longer needed, please cancel the reservation 30 minutes before the reserved time.
- If the reserved seats are not activated within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the system will automatically cancel the reservation and release the seat for other users. A violation record will be generated for the user.
- Please retrieve your valid ID card when leaving your room. The system allows for a 15-minute seat reservation. To resume use, tap your card again upon returning. Seats will be released after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- Patrons that have reserved through the iBooking System and failed to activate their session up to 3 times, all space usage and reservation privileges will be suspended for 30 days.
