The university's graduation yearbooks are available only to current full-time faculty and staff and enrolled students of this university for official use upon application.
Alumni (limited to the individual concerned) may apply to consult only the yearbook of their own graduation year (relevant proof is required).
Users may search via the library catalog system by entering “National Tsing Hua University Graduation Yearbook” in the Title field to find detailed holdings information.
The library currently holds yearbooks from the following years:
- 1971–1972
- 1975–1989
- 1991–1998
- 2000–2019
- 2023–present
For years not held by the library, you may visit the University Alumni Association Office in person for consultation.
JCR is a journal citation database system provided by Clarivate. There are two editions, Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Sciences Citation Index. It also contains Impact Factor, Immediacy Index, Cited Half-Life and Citing Half-Life, etc.

Technical Report, also called Research Report, carries the contents, procedures, and results of a research proposal or an experiment.
Technical Reports have specific alphabetical and numerical codes, for example, PB83-13456, AD-A030-123, and EPA/300/1-83-123.
