JCR Web (Journal Citation Reports on the Web)
JCR Web is a journal citation database system created by Thomson Reuters. There are two editions, Science Citation Index Expanded and Social Sciences Citation Index. It also contains Impact Factor, Immediacy Index, Cited Half-Life and Citing Half-Life, etc.

Technical Report, also called Research Report, carries the contents, procedures, and results of a research proposal or an experiment.
Technical Reports have specific alphabetical and numerical codes, for example, PB83-13456, AD-A030-123, and EPA/300/1-83-123.
