Service

IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) database contains more than 190 IEEE journals, over 1,800 conference proceedings, and Bell Labs technical journals. NTHU has started participating in the IEEE Electronic Library OA program, which entitles NTHU-affiliated researchers to enjoy a 20% discount on Article Processing Charge (APC) from 2023.

APC Discount Requirements

  • Qualification: The corresponding author of the journal paper must be affiliated with National Tsinghua University.
  • Application conditions
    • Please use your NTHU email address or bind NTHU Ringgold ID while submitting your work.
      -Choose one of the following NTHU Ringgold IDs: 34881, 597965, 594249, 594229, 396305
    • When your manuscript has been accepted, please select the option for open-access publishing
