IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) database contains more than 190 IEEE journals, over 1,800 conference proceedings, and Bell Labs technical journals. NTHU has started participating in the IEEE Electronic Library OA program, which entitles NTHU-affiliated researchers to enjoy a 20% discount on Article Processing Charge (APC) from 2023.
In 2024, the first three accepted works authored by NTHU-affiliated researchers will additionally benefit from a waiver of the Article Processing Charge (APC). This limited-time support will be provided in the order of successful review by the IEEE submission system.
APC Discount Requirements
- Qualification: The corresponding author of the journal paper must be affiliated with National Tsinghua University.
- Application conditions
- Please use your NTHU email address and choose the institution as National Tsinghua University while submitting your work.
- When your manuscript has been accepted, please select the option for open-access publishing.
