Mission

To empower the academic community with access to high-quality information resources and to foster a culture of learning and discovery.

Specific goals

• Collect, preserve, and promote the use of valuable information resources, including books, journals, databases, audiovisual materials, and artifacts, in accordance with the current academic vision and research directions of National Tsing Hua University.
• Promote opportunities for students and faculty to expand and explore knowledge across disciplines and diverse perspectives through exhibitions, lectures, and sharing activities.
• Provide students and faculty with convenient access to the library's knowledge resources anytime, anywhere through modern network and digital technology.
• Provide a comfortable space for students, alumni, and community members to learn independently and/or explore together in a high-quality environment with excellent facilities.
