Group Visit and Guided Tour Services Guideline | National Tsing Hua University Library

Those who meet any of the following requirements may apply for a visit
1. NTHU dignitaries and guests.
2. Groups led by library practitioners or Library Information Science professors.
3. Student groups led by teachers from public or private high schools or university.
4. The visitors' age must be abide by the "National Tsing Hua University Library Reading Service".
Service Time
1. Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 13:30 pm to 17pm.
2. Closed on weekends, national holidays, and during the midterm and final period
Service Content
1. Visitor
  - NTHU Dignitaries and Guests.
  - Groups led by library practitioners or Library Information Science professors.
  - Student groups led by teachers from public or private high schools or university.
2. Content
  - Library Tour time：30 mins
  - Tour Arrangement
    Visitors will be taken from the first floor to the third floor. High school students are guided only the first floor for 15 minutes.
Please apply 2 weeks prior the tour date with an official letter.
Others
1. The number of visitors must exceed 10 people and above. To maintain a quiet library atmosphere, groups altogether cannot exceed 50 people at a time and 120 people for the day.
2. If applicant is unable to show up after the application process has been completed, the applicant must notify the library early.
3. Visiting groups must arrange at least one person to maintain order.
