Those who meet any of the following requirements may apply for a group visit
- NTHU Receiving Dignitaries and guests.
- Groups led by library practitioners or Library Information Science professors.
- Student groups led by teachers from public or private high schools or university.
- The visitors' age must be abide by the "National Tsing Hua University Reading Service"regulations.
Service Time
- Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 13:30 pm to 17pm.
- Closed on weekends, national holidays, and during the midterm and final period.

A tour guide of the library will take the visitors to different locations and explain the meaning of the location or give a brief presentation at Idea Hub. Visitors will be taken from the first floor to the third floor. - Group Visits
Groups must enter the library within the library ordained time frame. To protect patron rights, groups visiting may only access floors 1 to 3.

Content
- Tour Time: 15 mins
- Every student group is required more than 15 persons.
- Students Group Tour
A tour guide of the library will give a brief presentation at the library lobby. This tour is limited to the first floor.
Applying
- Please apply 2 weeks prior the tour date.
- To maintain a quiet library atmosphere, visitor numbers are limited up to 50 people at the same time and 120 people for the day.
- Units outside of NTHU should provide an official letter.
- Visitors must abide by the "National Tsing Hua University Library Reading Service".
- If applicant is unable to show up after the application process has been completed , the applicant must notify the library early.
- Visiting groups must arrange at least one person to maintain order.
- Once the items above are confirmed, please fill in the Group Visit Application Form to apply.

NTHU Library OPEN HOUSE DAY
Every year during the NTHU yearly celebration and graduation day, the library will allow entrance without a card. All patrons are welcome to visit with the following in mind:
- Keep quiet in the library and open areas from 1F to 3F.
- The library prohibits any type of food and drinks (besides water).
- To photograph or videograph , visitors must apply for permission at the Information Desk.
