UST (University System of Taiwan) Library Interlibrary Circulation Service
即日起，凡本校編制內之教職技員工、助理及學生，均可利用「台灣聯合大學系統（UST）圖書代借代還服務」，向交通大學、中央大學及陽明大學等三校圖書館申請代借圖書，而毋需親自到該館去借書(還書)，此項服務完全免費，歡迎多加利用。
All faculty, assistants and students of National Tsing Hua University can use the University System of Taiwan (UST) Library Interlibrary Circulation Service to borrow materials from National Chiao-Tung University, National Central University, and National Yang-Ming University. Materials can both be borrowed and be returned at National Tsing Hua University Library. We welcome every user to make the best out of this service.
申請代借圖書之步驟

利用「UST圖書代借代還服務」申請代借圖書之步驟如下：
UST Library System Step-by-Step Application:
- 查詢館藏：利用各校圖書館之查詢系統，查出所需之圖書。
I. Search:Search the materials you need from the online library catalogues of the partner universities. - 填寫「代借圖書申請」表：點選該校（圖書館），於線上填寫借書相關資料並傳送該館 。
II. Fill up the “UST Application Form”:Fill out the UST Application Form by clicking on the library you wish to borrow from and fill out the required information online. - 取書注意事項：
對方館於三個工作天內除發e-mail通知申請者借書之外，並將圖書運送至本館。申請者須於取書通知發出之隔日起三個工作天內，至本校總圖書館一樓借還書櫃台取書；逾期未取者，除不予保留外，並將累計其紀錄，每二次逾期未辦理借閱者，則停止其申請圖書代借代還權利半年。
III. Take note of the following:
The partner university will contact you thru e-mail within 3 working days upon receiving your request and will send the requested materials to National Tsing Hua University Main Library. You must collect the requested material at the Main Library Circulation Desk before the deadline specified in the notification. Those who fail to collect the materials before the deadline twice will have their privilege of using the UST Library Interlibrary Circulation Service suspended for 6 months.
