Affiliated Elementary School of National Tsing Hua University Library Card Management Guidelines

  • Teachers and staff members of the Affiliated Elementary School of NTHU may apply for a NTHU Library Card.
  • How the Library processes this library card:
    1. Where to apply:NTHU Main Library counter or Nanda Branch counter
    2. Documents to bring:
      • Staff ID
      • 1-inch head shot taken within 6 months
      • Application form stamped by the Office of Personnel of the Affiliated Elementary School of NTHU
  • Once approved, the library card will be valid for 2 years. Once it has expired, please apply for free renewal at the Library counter. If the Staff ID expires, the library card will as well.
  • Patrons holding this library card must abide by the "NTHU Library Reading Services". If the patron resigns, the library card must be handed back to the library, all borrowed materials returned and fines paid.
  • The library cardholder must abide by the "National Tsing Hua University Library Reading Services" when accessing library materials and the “National Tsing Hua University Library Material Borrowing and Returning”when borrowing library materials. For library equipment and rooms & spaces, please refer to respective regulations.
  • The library card is for personal use only. If lost, please report to the Library immediately. A reissue will cost 200NT.
