Borrowing
- Application form (If the allowed number of Membership Card reaches maximum, no further cards will be issued.)
- Submit one recent photo, present ID card for verification, and pay the fee of $2,000 NTD.
- $3,000 NTD security deposit.
- Membership Cards are only allowed to be used by the applicants themselves.
