  1. The service is restricted to employees and students of the University.
  2. The service is only for instructional and academic materials and peripheral media of periodicals.
  3. Requests for service will be processed within 10 working days, except for materials sent for binding (masters and doctoral dissertation).
  4. Your email and phone number must be written clearly on the request form in order to receive notification from the Library. You can also use the Library Online Catalog to check if the handling process is complete. Go to the circulation desk in the Main Library or Branches as indicated to collect the material.
  5. You should collect your material from the circulation desk within three days from the day the notification was sent, or the material will be returned to its shelf.
  6. If you want to borrow a masters or doctoral dissertation that is being cataloged, contact the Acquisitions and Cataloging Division (ext. 42233)(886-3-5742233). No request form is necessary. If the dissertation is in the process of being bound, you can inquire via email or phone to find out when the binding will be completed.
