1. New books are additions to the Library collections within three months. The system is updated in the beginning of each month and divided into two categories:
   • Recent Data—additions acquired between the 21st of last month to the 20th of the present month.
   • Last Data— additions such as books and media materials acquired two months ago, before the 21st of last month .
2. You s canmakeadvanced queries by subject class, language (oriental /western languages), library location, keywords, or type of material.
3. Click on “Holding” under search result to view a detailed description of a material and its library holdings status. If the description indicates “arrival not yet catalogued,” you can apply for the “Priority Check-out Service for Acquisitions not yet Cataloged” service.
